Constance Tsarabanjina evokes feelings of Robinson Crusoe, with guests tucked away on a stunning private island at the south-western tip of the Nosy Mitseo Archipelago. Small and smoothly run, there are 25 identically styled villas, with 13 found on North Beach and the remaining 12 on South Beach. The North Beach villas are fully air-conditioned, whereas South Beach villas have air-conditioning over the bed only. All of the villas have private terraces looking out to sea where guests can relax in the afternoons, indoor seating areas and well-appointed en-suite bathrooms. The main restaurant has direct access to the beach and offers guests a combination of local and international cuisine, with seafood featuring prominently on the menu. The sand-floored bar is wonderfully relaxed and open all day serving as a communal and social space. A variety of activities are included in the say with snorkelling, beach tennis, volleyball, petanque and guided walks all on offer to guests. For an additional fee scuba diving, deep sea fishing trips and day trips to the nearby island of Nosy Komba can also be booked and paid for locally.
