Nestled on beautiful Bweju beach on the south-eastern coast of Zanzibar, Baraza is a small resort, ideal for visitors looking for elegant surroundings in which to relax, enjoy superb food, pristine beaches and a variety of activities. There are 30 villas in total at Baraza with 14 one-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom and a Presidential Villa to choose from. All of the villas are beautifully appointed and furnished with a full range of amenities. They all boast their own plunge pools with sun loungers, large terraces and indoor bar areas. The en-suite bathrooms all have walk-in showers and freestanding baths. Every villa has easy access to the white sand beach and main areas of the property. There is a stylish main area with a bar, restaurant and lounge, swimming pool and a fitness club and tennis court. Whilst many guests come to Baraza simply to relax and enjoy the beautiful location, activities such as tennis, use of the gym and access to the kid’s club can also be enjoyed free of charge. For those looking for something extra, a range of water sports, including scuba diving, can be arranged at an additional cost.
