Opened in 2017, the ILLA Experience Hotel is located in the traditional neighbourhood of Marcos in Quito, known for its artists, writers and musicians. The restored building dates back to 1700 and the interiors are reflective of the building’s colonial past. The 10 rooms and suites on each floor are decorated in colonial, republican and contemporary styles. The restaurant is award-winning and serves innovative Ecuadorian cuisine. As you can guess, experiences are a focus here, and the hotel offers a variety to provide guests with an insight into the richness of Quito’s culture.
